合伙人特征对管理创新的影响——以珠三角小微企业为例

Abstract Many studies have tended to ignore the variable of partners.Based on the Upper Echelons Theory on creativity,this paper analyzes the impact of the partners' characteristics on the entrepreneurial innovation competency by using the survey data from 188 technology-based small and micro enterprises.The empirical results show that the educational background heterogeneity and industry experience heterogeneity of partners have a significant positive effect on the administration innovation capability,but the average age,the level of education and management experience of partners don't have obvious positive effects.
