Abstract Under the background of current economy and policies,this paper constructs BSC performance evaluation mode of university students' start-up enterprises.On the basis of 2013 annual performance of 39 entrepreneurial enterprises founded from 2010 to 2012 in Guangzhou,an empirical study is conducted to performance evaluation of university students' start-up enterprises.According to the influencial factors,strategies are proposed accordingly in order to give guidance to university students' start-up enterprises
