Abstract Focus on the integration of culture and technology, this article puts forward 9 theoretical modes and 3 promoting modes of government, and concludes the features of foreign governments in advancing the integration of culture and technology in their country.Taking Beijing as an example, this article also offers the suggestion on how to promote the integration of culture and technology appropriately at the present stage
