网络资本与知识资本的匹配对中国管理学者论文合作团队创新绩效的影响

Abstract This paper places the network capital and knowledge capital of co-author paper teams under a unified framework, and tests the effects of the four alignment modes of the two kinds of capitals on the innovation performance of co-author paper teams with the data of 8967 co-author paper teams from 8 Chinese academic journals in management from 1994 to 2007.The research results show that, “deep network-deep knowledge” alignment has significantly negative influence;“deep network-wide knowledge” alignment and “wide network-deep knowledge” alignment both have significantly positive influence;the negative influence of “wide network-wide knowledge” alignment on innovation performance of business management co-author paper teams is not significant, while it is significant to the management science co-author paper teams
