Abstract This article discusses the impacts of technology development strategy on the choice and transformation of the technology fusion innovation modes in enterprises.Based on enterprise strategy theory and technology fusion theories,it suggests that the major factors which impact the choice of the technology integration innovation modes include industry environment,strategic resources and capabilities,strategic target,strategic stage,and then proposes research hypotheses.And then,the factors of each dimension have been confirmed having significant positive influence with the choice of fusion innovation modes,except two variables of industry competition strategy and technology follows,which proved that the technology strategy deeply influenced the choice of technology fusion innovation modes
