Abstract The construction of science and technology platform in our country has experienced the first ten years,some achievements were obtained,from construction of science and technology infrastructure,into the construction of technical innovation public service which is based on the sharing of resources.From the national leading construction,to constructions with characteristics by many provinces,there are still such problems as insufficient standardization and lack of macro management.These problems are mainly due to the financial mechanism,lack of coordination and management of the quality of services,etc.So,we should improve the integrated quality,improve the cooperation mechanism and strengthen examination evaluation and motivation,to push the next step of the construction of the platform
