Abstract Modern logistics industry is a fusion of science and technology compound industry,and how to measure and evaluate the technology innovation ability of logistics is a key problem for leading the sustainable development for the logistics industry.Logistics patents have been integrated into the logistics industry technology innovation activities of each link,which becoming an important index to measure the development of logistics industry.It selects logistics identification marking technology patents in the state intellectual property office patent database to analyze modern logistic industry by the method of patent map,and proposes the countermeasures and suggestions.
