Abstract This paper uses Logistic model to determine theoretically the symbiosis degree of manufacturing and producer services,discusses the equilibrium solution of three kinds of model,namely level competition,mutually beneficial cooperation and vertical cooperation.The analysis shows that symbiotic system exists horizontal competition between industry,industry balance scale level is decided by the exogenous supply of resources and industry influence coefficient and has nothing to do with the symbiotic unit inherent industry growth rate.The equilibrium adjustment time of symmetrical mutual symbiosis is short and stable,but non-symmetrical mutual symbiosis is slow and unstable.Based on 1992—2012 years′ data,the paper calculates Anhui province manufacturing industry and producer service industry symbiosis degree and determine their symbiosis mode category.The study finds at present Anhui province manufacturing industry and producer service industry is in a transformation course from the non-symmetrical mutual symbiosis to symmetric mutual symbiosis.
