| The Effects of FDI's Technology Spillover on Industrial Energy Efficiency |

Abstract Based on the data of 35 industrial sectors from 2000 to 2011 in China,this article investigates the effects of FDI's technology spillover on industrial energy efficiency.Results show that FDI's technology spillover from demonstration,competition reduces industrial energy efficiency significantly.FDI's technology spillover from mobility is helpful to improve industrial energy efficiency.The effect of FDI's technology spillover through forward linkages between industries is uncertain.However,the effect of FDI's technology spillover through backward linkages between industries is significantly positive.
