创新双螺旋视角下区域战略性新兴产业培育模式及应用研究

Abstract This paper defines the connotation and the forming mechanism of regional strategic emerging industries.From creative double helix perspective and absorbing innovation 2.0 theory, the paper designs the foster mode of regional strategic emerging industries driven by technology innovation and pulled by market demand at the same time.And then it analyzes the connotation, feature and evolution path and the application of this mode.Taking high-end equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang province as an example, the paper proposes useful tactics at last.
