Abstract Since the“Eleventh Five-Year”,the policy of surplus funds of government-support project had changed,which decreased the precipitation of funds,and also raised operational trouble.Currently,the management for surplus funds of government-support project become a thorny issue which should be solved urgently.This paper starts from the background and status of surplus funds,analyzes relates policies,explores an effective ways to solve the problem
