Abstract Based on TRIZ theory,the methods of system analysis,triple-axial analysis and conflict analysis are used in analyzing the loans problem of small-and-medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) in the countryside.It pointed out that information asymmetry is the main cause of such problem,and then the solution and design are proposed that building a SMS financial service web-based system to gather multi-powers including governments,banks,enterprises and agencies to improve rural SME loans.
