Abstract As the prior area of technical aid, technical aid on climate change is guided by the governments of developed countries.Developed countries have specialized agencies directing and managing technical aid.Governments develop plans, programs or actions of technical aid on climate change, and invest sufficient money.Governments also encourage private sector involve in the technical aid on climate change.Developed countries carry out technical aid mainly on the bilateral way, and make different aid strategies for different developing countries.In addition to bilateral cooperation, developed countries make use of multilateral cooperation mechanism for their technical aid.
