Abstract The traditional agricultural GDP accounting cant reflect agricultures true contribution to economy, environment and society.The green agricultural GDP should express the positive externality of agro-ecological system and the negative externality caused by agricultural resources loss.The paper based on green GDP and ecological service value theories, makes an abecedarian discussion about the green agricultural GDP accounting measure, proposes the accounting formula and takes Hubei province as an example to make an empirical analysis.
