Abstract In present China sci-tech finance practice,how to develop sci-tech bank is an important theoretical issue.Based on a case study on sci-tech sub branch of Hangzhou Bank,this paper argues that there are three significant factors facilitating sci-tech bank:a suitable ecological environment of sci-tech finance,a strong policy support,and sci-tech s financial innovation and innovation in business model.In the end,this paper puts forward several suggestions on sci-tech bank s development.
