Abstract China and Korea are adjacent in geography and have deep cultural and historical relations Since the establishment of diplomatic relations in 1992,bilateral trade has expanded rapidly and trade structure has changed in profound,showing a series of new variations,new features and new trends Using the Customs statistical data in the past 20 years,this article reviewed the bilateral trade structure evolution and high tech products trade characteristics It proposed some measures such as taking advantage of the platform,lowering the threshold and extending the industrial chain to promote China s high tech industry development and innovation empowerment
