Abstract In the paper,we references CH model to build international RD spillover regression model,then selectes China s OFDI stock data from 1990 to 2010,and analyzes the positive role of OFDI reverse technology spillover effect on domestic technology progress.The results showed that OFDI has a positive effect in promoting the progress of domestic technology.On the assumption that the other variable remaines unchanged,foreign direct investment stock every increases by 10%,the total factor productivity will increase 1‰.But then time lag effect exists.That is to say,the foreign advanced technology will reverse overflow to China domestic,and reform China s traditional industries.
