Abstract “Innovation Vouchers”,as an innovative mode of ST investment,can be applied in the services of ST infrastructure platform,to improve the efficiency of government s ST funds,and to stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of platform services,which has an important reference.In this paper,we provide the operation mode and management processes of the innovation vouchers in the service of ST platform,and analyze its advantages,to accelerate the use of innovation vouchers in China.
