Abstract Mitigation of climate change is a real decision-making problem,while the international climate game is a decision-making process worldwide about climate policy.This study,using AHP method,quantitatively analyses the complex interests relationship among the decision-making bodies,and the decision-making process driven by the interests.It focuses on determining the main factors in climate change of the European Union,the United States,and China s position since the Durban Climate Change Conference.It is conducive for policy-maker to grasp the overall situation.
