Abstract Evaluating the performance of national talent developmental planning is important for implementation of talent power strategy in China.In this paper, based on a theoretical analysis on the elements, evaluation target of talent strategic planning, theory research and practice of evaluation about talent strategic planning are discussed.Then, problems of evaluation experience are summarized.At last, countermeasures to build up talent strategy planning evaluation system are suggested.
