Abstract There is a difficult problem in college sci-tech achievements transformation, and the key is team building.Based on defining the structure and behaviors of college sci-tech achievements transformation team, the actuality of structure and behavior of knowledge network of college sci-tech achievements transformation team is analyzed with the case of Jiang Fengyi professor of Nanchang University from the angle of case analysis.And then the evolvement of knowledge network of college sci-tech achievements transformation team is deeply studied, which can provide references for Chinese college sci-tech achievements transformation teams- building and optimizing.
