Abstract This paper describes the particularity of firms strategic choices during transition economy from a co-evolution perspective of institution and organization environment, which is the institution from the exogenous variables into endogenous variables.Then, it discusses influence mechanism on firms strategic choice of institution:legitimacy logic and efficiency logic.Finally, from the non-market strategy perspective, it explains three strategic choices and six specific strategies of firms to cope with the institutional environment.
