| Research on the Coordinative Mechanism Between New Quality Productive Forces and China's Construction of Global Talent Hubs and Innovation Hotspots |

Abstract In the process of building global talent hubs and innovation hotspots in China,the development level of new quality productive forces is crucial. This study constructs an index system and uses the coupling coordination degree model to measure the coordination coefficient between new quality productive forces and the construction of global talent hubs and innovation hotspots in China. Meanwhile,the interaction between the two is analyzed using the PVAR model. The research shows that from 2010 to 2022,new quality productive forces has established a positive self-reinforcing mechanism,while global talent hubs and innovation hotspots are gradually forming their own positive accumulation mechanisms. The coordination level between the two remains at a preliminary stage. Additionally,the study finds a mutually reinforcing relationship exists between new quality productive forces and global talent hubs and innovation hotspots. These conclusions provide policy implications for promoting the coordinated development between new quality productive forces and global talent hubs and innovation hotspots.
