北京因地制宜发展新质生产力的观察与思考

Abstract Developing new quality productive forces is a necessity for China to enter a new stage of development and pursue high-quality growth.It is also an inevitable requirement for the Chinese economy to seize opportunities and occupy the commanding heights of industries during the current period.For all regions to develop new quality productive forces,they need to base their efforts on local realities and directly address local issues,with the aim of rallying local forces and invigorating local vitality.Building on theoretical research into developing new quality productive forces tailored to local conditions,this paper summarizes and elaborates on Beijing's practice in this regard in recent years,and offers insights and suggestions on enhancing collaborative efforts in strategic and technological strengths,promoting deeper integration of technological and industrial innovation,optimizing the regional layout of innovation spaces,and improving the regional innovation policy system.
