| Research on Hot Topics and Frontier of Budget Performance in China and Enlightenment to S&T Budget Performance: Bibliometric Analysis Based on CiteSpace |

Abstract With the continuous increase of government R&D input and the implementation of comprehensive budget performance management reform in China,the budget performance management of S&T has gradually aroused widespread concern.Based on the Chinese core journal database,this paper uses 3065 documents related to budget performance management and 267 documents related to S&T budget performance management that have been cleaned from 2001 to 2022 as research objects.This paper analyzes the research hotspots and frontiers of budget performance management by using the method of bibliometrics and CiteSpace visualization tool.On this basis,combined with the existing research and practical experience,this paper analyzes the enlightenment of the budget performance evaluation research to the S&T field,and probes into the possible development direction of budget performance management in the field of S&T,so as to provide a reference for the research of budget performance management in the field of S&T in China.
