技术-组织-环境三维视角下企业专利价值提升路径研究

Abstract This paper,takes 90 state-level and provincial-level specialized new ‘little giant’listed enterprises as samples,combing the influencing factors of patent technology value,legal value,market value and strategic value promotion from the three dimensions of technology (T),organization (O)and environment (E)of enterprise cultivating patent value,and uses configuration thinking and QCA method to deconstruct the multiple concurrent factors and complex causal mechanism of enterprise patent value enhancement,and makes a confirmatory analysis of typical cases.The study found that the enhancement of enterprise patent value is related to the development stage of its technology.There are three promotion paths named as ‘organization-led’in the technology development stage, ‘technology-organization-led’in the market development stage,and ‘technology-organization-environment-led’in the market maturity stage.The conclusion helps to deepen the rational understanding of enterprises on the synergistic effect of multiple influencing factors to enhance the value of patents and provide practical enlightenment for the government to cultivate high-value patents.
