| Network Relation Model of Multiple Investors Under the New Nationwide System of Scientific and Technological Innovation |

Abstract The new nationwide system of scientific and technological innovation is a major institutional arrangement to cope with the complex international environment and the mission of building a great modern socialist country in an all-round way,it is of great significance to clarify the relationship between multiple investors in new nationwide system of scientific and technological innovation for promoting the combination of effective government and efficient market.Based on the analysis of the institutional innovation of the new nationwide system of scientific and technological innovation,this paper summarizes the basic pattern of multiple investors in different practice scenarios,and studies the network structure,network centrality and overall characteristics of multiple investors by using the network topology,centrality,core-edge analysis and density analysis methods of social network analysis.The results show that the new nationwide system of scientific and technological innovation fully mobilizes the market and social forces,and the flow of information and resources among the investment subjects is accelerated,and the connection among the investment subjects is closer.Enterprises will play a more important role in the new nationwide system of scientific and technological innovation.
