Research on Configuration Path of the Key Core Technology Research Based on Innovation Quality ——A Case Study of Integrated Circuit |

Abstract The innovation quality determines the success or failure of key core technology research,and is the key to solving the neck problem and promoting high-quality development.This paper defines the innovation quality of key core technology from the perspective of quality and constructs an index system.Taking integrated circuits as an example,it measures the innovation quality of key core technology,and uses fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA)to explore the condition configuration and multiple paths of innovation quality of key core technology to achieve key core technology research.The results show that the single condition of innovation quality has a weak effect on the key core technology research,and the combination of different condition variables has a strong influence on the key core technology research.There are two configuration paths to achieve key core technology research,namely,result quality-oriented conditional configuration and applicability-result quality collaborative conditional configuration.The study found that the quality of results is the basis for achieving key core technology research,and the quality of applicability is the key.In conclusion,recommendations are proposed for enhancing key core technology research in China,based on the findings of the study.
