全球气候变化科学评估主导者特征研究——基于IPCC AR6作者的科学计量分析

Abstract The scientific assessment of global climate change provides an important basis for global climate negotiations.As one of the most important sources of climate cognition in the world,the IPCC assessment report is an important medium for the interaction between science and politics.The degree of participation of countries and organizations in the IPCC climate change scientific assessment process directly highlights their status in international climate governance.Exploring the characteristics of the assessment leader is of reference significance for China to enhance the participation of international climate science assessment and fight for the discourse power in global climate governance.It also provides ideas for the future strategic layout of China's climate change.Based on the perspective of scientometric analysis of the authors of IPCC AR6 report,this paper summarizes the characteristics and rules of the academic ability of the leaders,describes the scientific research and macro policy environment of the active institutions and major countries where the leaders are located,comprehensively reveals the characteristics of the leaders and the status of various countries and organizations in global climate negotiations,and puts forward suggestions for China to improve the quality of relevant personnel training,the ability of international climate negotiations and fight for discourse power in global climate governance.
