从科研到商业化:澳大利亚产学研协同创新的特点与启示

Abstract The commercialization of scientific research is an inevitable trend of industry-university-research cooperation in Australia.In February 2022,the Australian federal government launched the URC Action Plan to promote the commercialization of scientific research achievements through industry-university-research cooperation.The coupling of multiple-streams has strongly promoted the commercialization process of Australia's industry-university-research cooperation,and contributed to the “interactive symbiosis”collaborative innovation model of scientific research commercialization.The collaborative innovation model is characterized by market orientation,diversity of factors,and commercialization of incentives,and takes the interactive symbiosis of multiple subjects,interactive sharing of innovation resources,and interactive co-creation of collaborative environment as the realization mechanism.The industry-university-research collaborative innovation model of Australia has inspired China's industry-university-research collaboration to shift from “splitting troops and advancing”to “forging ahead together”, “Enlisting and leading”and incentive mechanism bilateral efforts,and strengthen the culture construction of industry-university-research collaborative innovation.
