创新生态系统视角下人工智能发展特征分析与模式初探

Abstract The global artificial intelligence competition has evolved from an advanced technology race to an overall contest of innovation ecosystems.This paper selects the United States,Japan,the United Kingdom,and the European Union as typical cases to explore the characteristics and development patterns of artificial intelligence from the perspective of innovation ecosystems,aiming to provide insights for the construction of China's artificial intelligence innovation ecosystem.Based on analysis,it was found that:①there are differences in the impact of goal orientation,operational logic,input mode,and environmental shaping of the innovation ecosystem on artificial intelligence innovation outputs;②the United States,Japan,the United Kingdom,and the European Union represent four models of artificial intelligence innovation ecosystems named as “technology-economy” “technology-society” “rule-economy”and “rule-society”.Drawing on these findings,this study provides policy implications from the goal orientation,operation logic and environment shaping of artificial intelligence for promoting the construction and development of China's artificial intelligence innovation ecosystem.
