国际科技组织主席与副主席中方任职人员履历分析及其启示

Abstract This study uses web research,literature research,bibliometrics,case study and cross-tabulation, collected,organized,cleaned and deeply processed the curriculum vitae information of more than one hundred scholars with presidents or vice-presidents experience in international science and technology organizations in China,and analyzed them from various dimensions such as group characteristics,higher education and academic experience,and experience in international science and technology organizations.The results of the analysis show that about 10% of the research subjects in China who have experience in presidents or vice-presidents positions in international science and technology organizations are women,about 40% of the research subjects first took up presidents or vice-presidents positions in international organizations between the ages of 45 and 55,more than 70% of the research subjects were promoted from international organizations,universities or scientific research institutions,and the majority of the research subjects hold a doctorate degree,of which less than 40% obtained their doctorate degrees overseas.The field in which we have the largest number of presidents or vice-presidents is geology.This study suggests that in the cultivation,selection and recommendation of reserve talents in international science and technology organizations,emphasis should be placed on female scientific and technological talents,scientific and technological talents in the middle of their careers,and scientific and technological talents in the field of chemistry,while overseas study experience should not be a necessary condition when recommending talents.
