高科技企业边界组织的功能及非线性演化研究——华为公司边界组织的纵向案例分析

Abstract At present, high-tech enterprises have expanded their internal and external knowledge networks, and promoted the concentration of innovative elements to enterprises through enterprise-led boundary organizations.However, there is still a cognitive black box in the micro mechanism and evolution state of the boundary organizations of high-tech enterprises.In this paper, Huawei's boundary organizations were selected as the typical case, and obtained the following research findings by adopting the grounded analysis process.The results indicate that the boundary organizations of high-tech enterprises undertake the functions of education empowerment connection, integration and innovation connection and science and technology connection.The three types of activities present a mutually promoting relationship of dual circulation, and the integration and innovation connection activities are the pivotal link of enterprise boundary organization, which promote and support the integration of education and the application of science and technology in both directions.With the improvement of the organizational capacity of the enterprise boundary, the three types of activities continue to expand and showed the nonlinear evolution law of the serial connection of a single interface, the relay circulation parallel connection and knowledge ecosystem network.The boundary organizations of high-tech enterprises construct innovation chains, which promote the mutual promotion and evolution of science, technology science and engineering application activities, and increasingly show the characteristics of knowledge innovation network interface.
