能效与能耗的中介差异对绿色技术创新减排的影响研究

Abstract Studies have shown that the emission reduction effect of green technology innovation is controversial.This paper argues that the mediating effect of energy efficiency and energy consumption is one of the reasons for the controversy.Furthermore,taking the panel data of 279 prefecture-level cities in China from 2010 to 2019 as the research object,according to the clustering criteria of energy efficiency and energy consumption,they are divided into four categories including low efficiency and low consumption,low efficiency and high consumption,high efficiency and low consumption,high efficiency and high consumption.Four types of cities are included in the mediation model to explore the emission reduction effect of green technology innovation.The empirical findings are as follows.①High energy consumption cities have mediation effect of energy efficiency.②There are masking effects of energy consumption in the four types of cities,but the strength is different.③The mediation difference between energy efficiency and energy consumption makes them have different emission reduction effects.Based on this,policy recommendations are put forward to optimizing the environment for green technology innovation in four types of cities.
