创新投入、国际人才流动与国际创业——基于国家级高新技术产业开发区的实证研究

Abstract How to optimize the investment of innovation resources to ensure the success of international entrepreneurship has always been the focus of high-tech enterprises' international entrepreneurship.Based on the theories of endogenous growth theory,synergy theory and human capital theory,this paper selects the 2014—2019 panel data of enterprises in National High-tech Industrial Development Zones in 31 provinces in China (excluding Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan Province),and constructs moderating effect test model and other measurement methods to empirically test the internal mechanism of innovation input,international talent flow and international entrepreneurial performance.The main conclusions are as follows.R&D talent investment is positively related to the international entrepreneurial performance of high-tech enterprises.The influx of transnational talents has a positive regulatory effect on the impact of R&D capital investment on the international entrepreneurial performance of high-tech enterprises,and have no regulatory role on the impact of R&D talent investment on the international entrepreneurial performance of high-tech enterprises.The return of international talents significantly positively regulates the positive relationship between the investment of R&D talents and the international entrepreneurship performance of high-tech enterprises,and have no regulatory effect on the impact of R&D funds on the international entrepreneurship performance of high-tech enterprises.Therefore,the research conclusion has certain enlightenment for exploring ways to improve the performance of international entrepreneurship from the innovation investment link in the context of international talent flow.
