Research on the Main Duty of Hefei Innovative City Construction from the Perspective of Triple Helix |

Abstract Improving the comprehensive strength of the country is to build cities.The rapid development of cities is undoubtedly beneficial to the development of the country.Innovation is the power source of urban construction and development,and improving the innovation ability of cities is not achieved overnight.The long-term construction process is inseparable from the interaction of various innovation subjects.Taking Hefei as an example,this paper uses the vertical case study method to construct the contingency model of innovation subjects in the process of Hefei construction,and reveals the micro mechanism in the process of urban breakthrough development.It is found that in different stages of urban construction,the government has always played the role of guide.First,the innovation with the government as the main body,and then the innovation subject has changed from the government to enterprises or universities.Then,the three innovation subjects of government,enterprises and universities play a circular matching role.The research results provide strategic and in-depth thinking for revealing the“Hefei phenomenon”,and provide useful reference and management enlightenment for the innovative development of other cities.
