Research on Comprehensive Solution for the Problem of “Neck-Jamming” Technologies——Taking Province S as an Example |

Abstract The problem of“neck-jamming”technologies is related to national economic security and is an important problem that must be solved to achieve scientific and technological self-reliance.Based on the analysis of the concept and connotation of the“neck-jamming”technologies,this paper constructs a comprehensive solution to the problem of“neck-jamming”technologies from four aspects:the status quo of industrial development,the list of“neck-jamming”technologies,policy support,and the R&D basics.Then the problem of“neck-jamming”technologies in Province S is analyzed concretely.Based on the DIIS theory,this paper follows the methodological steps of collecting information,revealing information,comprehensive research and judgment to obtain information on core technologies,policies,industrial development,etc.,and analyzes the development status,“neck-jamming”technologies,policy support and research basis of Province S.At last,we integrate the overall industry and sub-industry conditions to formulate a comprehensive solution to the problem of the“neck-jamming”technologies in Province S,and put forward targeted policy recommendations.
