Abstract Talent innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem is a new organizational form to build regional talent highland and to clarify its composition and operation mechanism is an important prerequisite to play its role of innovation agglomeration.Through the case study of Suzhou Industrial Park,this study reveals the concept development,construction logic,subject positioning and operation mechanism of talent innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem.The results show as follows.①The construction of talent innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem presents a special structure with internal and external ecological elements nested,and the core layer,middle layer and peripheral layer converge in the dynamic cycle of the system in the form of embedded multi-level structure;②Talent innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem is a complex form of horizontal and vertical network interweaving,with industrial chain,industry university research cooperation and service chain among them,the value chain,information chain and innovation chain are interwoven and integrated;③The talent innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem shows more reasonable network homogeneity and network openness and gradually tends to dynamic equilibrium under the interaction of diversity symbiosi,self-organization evolution,open collaboration and other operational mechanisms.
