基于对外研发创新过程的企业创新持续性实现机制研究

Abstract Based on the relevant data of Chinese manufacturing listed companies from 2007 to 2019,this paper empirically tests the mechanism of R&D regional boundary expansion structure and heuristic rules on enterprise innovation sustainability in the process of R&D regional boundary expansion.The results show that the regional diversity of the boundary extension structure of enterprise R&D region is conducive to promoting enterprise innovation sustainability,while there is an obvious inverted U-shaped relationship between regional dispersion and innovation sustainability.The heuristic of management team play a significant role in promoting enterprise innovation sustainability,and there are some differences in the benefits of continuous innovation among different heuristic methods.The co-use of regional diversity and opportunity-based heuristic rules enhances enterprise innovation sustainability,while the co-use of regional dispersion and opportunity-based heuristic rules strengthens the inverted U-shaped relationship with innovation sustainability.This study provides some theoretical and managerial implications for optimizing the layout of R&D strategy,allocation of innovation resources and sustainable economic development.
