Abstract since the foundation of new China,70 years especially 40 years of reform and opening up have witnessed the changes of the relationship among the government,market and society.The innovative development of the social organizations acts as a major part of the national governance modernization.The Chinese social organizations,however,develop relatively slowly when compared to the governmental and economic organizations,which makes it a tough course to form a modern social organization system.It is necessary to make up this weak point in theory and practice.By focusing on the sci-tech social organizations,this paper studied the history and significant transformation of Chinese social organizations,and discussed the development orientation and system construction in the new era.
