Abstract The Belt and Road runs through East Asia and Europe.Countries on both continents have their own advantages in agriculture and complement each other,which is conducive to the cooperation of agricultural production capacity among countries along the route.This paper takes the cooperation of agricultural production capacity as the starting point for research.It analyzes the current forms of cooperation of agricultural production capacity in China and the problems existing in the current forms,and puts forward a new path of cooperation of agricultural production capacity based on standard coordination among the countries along the route under the background of The Belt and Road,and takes the urea trade between China and Russia as an example to analyze the deficiencies existing in China's urea technical standards,which provides reference for the countries along the route to carry out the cooperation of agricultural production capacity under the The Belt and Road strategy.
