Abstract Compared with traditional investment,green investment conforms to the concept of eco-civilization.It encourages enterprises to actively undertake corresponding environmental responsibilities while pursuing economic interests.The analysis and exploration measures from the perspective of stakeholders are an important breakthrough for promoting green investment in enterprises.However,the stakeholders involved in enterprises green investment are diverse,and the focus and needs of each stakeholder are also different.In this case,it is necessary to balance the rights and interests of various stakeholders and carry out effective stakeholder management.This paper establishes a set of stakeholder management model for enterprise green investment,and carries out stakeholder management from the three levels of identification — investigation — interaction.At the end of the study,a stakeholder driven mechanism for enterprise green investment is proposed.Through the enterprise's environmental responsibility and the green guidance of stakeholders,they jointly drive the enterprise to achieve green investment.
