Abstract Using the panel data of Chinese industrials from the year 2012 to 2016,this paper analyzes the effect of informatization on industrial green growth and its industrial heterogeneity.The results are as follows:①Informatization has a significant positive effect on Chinese industrial green growth,and it has become a new source of power to promote the green growth.R&D investment intensity plays an important adjusting role in the positive effect of informatization on industrial green growth.②The effect of informatization on industrial green growth has significant industrial heterogeneity,and informatization improves the green growth even more greatly in those industries with higher technology,lower scale,less energy exhaustion,less pollution and higher profits.
