| The Impacts of Intermediate Inputs of Producer Services on the Gains from Manufacturing Trade |

Abstract This paper tries to explain the influence mechanism of intermediate inputs of producer services on the gains from manufacturing trade according to specialization effects,the effects of reducing costs and the effects of technological innovation.Then it conducts empirical studies of the case of China based on the panel data of the Chinese industry from 2005 to 2014.The results show that only intermediate inputs of low-tech and medium-tech producer services such as transport services,wholesale agents,information services and productivity supports services can enhance the trade gains of manufacturing.Intermediate inputs of high-tech such as research and development services and business services can't significantly enhance the trade gains of manufacturing.The influence of intermediate inputs of different producer services on the trade gains from different factor intensive manufacturing industries varies significantly.In addition,it's necessary to continue to explore how to divide producer services scientifically and measure trade gains comprehensively.
