Abstract It is advantageous to promote the strategy of village rejuvenation to carry out deep cooperation between the Association for Science and Technology of Agricultural Enterprises and Farmers' Cooperative. Although the cooperation modes between them are diverse, the depth and breadth of cooperation are not enough, and the long-term mechanism has not been established. In the new era, the cooperation between the Association of Enterprises and Science and Technology and the Farmers' Cooperatives should be guided by the Strategy of Rural Vitalization, and the main line should be to serve the issues relating to agriculture, rural areas, and rural people and the development of rural society. In order to promote the deep cooperation between them, it should implement the Strategic Action for Promoting Rural Renewal on the basis of effectively expanding the effective coverage of the Association for Science and Technology of Agro-related Enterprises, increase its support for the Association of Agricultural Technology and Farmers' Cooperatives, and strengthen coordination of policies at the ministerial level in order to promote the cooperation between agriculture and enterprise. It is also necessary to improve the soft environment of serving the issues relating to agriculture, rural areas, and rural people of the Association of Enterprises and Science and Technology.
