双创生态能否影响城市竞争力——基于潜在生态位的检视

Abstract In view of the influence of regional mass entrepreneurship and innovation ecology on regional competitiveness,this paper constructs a concept of regional mass entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem.Based on the concept,it establishes a potential ecological niche suitability and a model of evolution momentum assessment for regional mass entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystems,evaluates mass entrepreneurship and innovation ecology of the nodal cities in Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomerations,and conducts the analysis via introducing the urban competitiveness index of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.The results show that the region's mass entrepreneurship and innovation ecology is closely related to urban competitiveness,sustainable competitiveness,and comprehensive livability,which is helpful to enhance urban competitiveness for improving mass entrepreneurship and innovation ecology.Based on the analysis of the mechanism of the mass entrepreneurship and innovation ecology on regional competitiveness,some policy recommendations named “two-synergy and three-optimization”to improve regional business startups and innovation ecology and enhance competitiveness are proposed.
