知识管理战略对高校学术团队创业绩效的影响——兼论数字化知识管理平台建设

Abstract Knowledge management strategy is a new management method in the new era of network economy,which is of great significance to improve the performance of academic entrepreneurial team in universities.Based on the interactive perspective,the paper constructs a theoretical model of the influence of knowledge management strategy on the performance of academic entrepreneurship.With the structural equation model,the results confirm that people-centered strategy and technology-centered strategy have significant positive impacts on the performance of academic entrepreneurial teams.The results also confirm a mediating effect of organizational learning on the relationship between knowledge management strategy and academic entrepreneurial team performance.These results imply that academic entrepreneurship team should build a digital knowledge management platform for integrating“people-centered”and“technology-centric”strategies,optimize knowledge management strategies with“intelligence and scenario”,and implement organizational learning mechanisms in order to promote the sharing,creation and application of knowledge,and improve academic entrepreneurial performance.
