基于区块链技术的战略性新兴产业知识产权管理及政策研究

Abstract It has become important for China to accelerate the proliferation of intellectual property by advancing the creation,adoption,protection and management,and promotion of innovations within the strategic emerging industries in China.Intellectual property management(IPM)provides the basis for the diffusion and scaling of emerging technologies and promotes the transfer of generic technology as well.This endeavor has great strategic significance for helping the innovation-driven development and optimizing the ability to take advantage of technologies such as Internet+and Blockchain.In this paper,we analyze and find some answers for improving the IPM of strategic emerging industries using blockchain.After that,an application framework of intellectual property management for strategic emerging industries have been constructed.This process will allow us to put forward policy suggestions for China's strategic emerging industries.
