基于服务化的装备制造业价值链整合过程及仿真分析

Abstract The acquisition,embedding and absorption of service elements and service innovation constitute the basic cycle for promoting the continuous evolution of Manufacturing Industry Servitization.Based on this,a value chain integration process model was established.It proposed the theoretical hypothesis based on the influencing factors of the value-added ability in the integration process,and used Matlab to carry on the simulation analysis.The results show that the industry connection density,service element embedding method,and knowledge absorption ability have a significant influence on the value-added ability.First,the increase of the industry connection density promotes the enhancement of value-added capabilities,which was significant at the initial stage,and then weakened.Second,both input-side and output-side service elements can affect the value-added capabilities,but their effects are different.Third,the improvement of knowledge absorptive capacity can promote the occurrence of service innovation and further increase the value-added capabilities of equipment manufacturing industry.
