结构平衡目标下区域战略性新兴产业创新生态系统科技资源配置模型

Abstract Based on structural balance theory,taking the structural balance between the core innovation layer,auxiliary innovation layer and support innovation layer in innovation ecosystem the regional strategic emerging industries as the goal,the paper builds the allocation model of science and technology resources,and then carries out the numerical simulation verification by using MATLAB R2014b software.The optimal allocation of science and technology resources under the structural balance goal of three innovation layers is obtained by solving the model.The study finds that by making full use of science and technology resources and avoiding idle resources we can promote resources flow,effective integration and complementary advantages between the three innovation layers,to achieve the structural balance of innovation ecosystem and improve the innovation efficiency of innovation ecosystem.It aims at providing method support and decision reference for the optimization allocation of science and technology resource as well as constantly improving the innovation ability of strategic emerging industries.
